Each word is overprinted atop a process (CMYK) print color. By referencing Rodchenko and Malevich, the piece relates the current buzz about the death of print to the historical avant garde's declarations that painting was dead.
Each poster is 10 × 16 in. They were letterpress printed on a Vandercook Universal I. The form was set with a linoleum block and vintage wood type. The paper is Crane's Lettra 110# Cover and the inks are oil based Vanson Process Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
